Depends on your membership level. Basic (free) memberships run until you tell us to close your account. A 1 month membership lasts for 30-days while the 3 month membership lasts for 90 days.
To ensure your money-saving experience is constant and seamless, your paid subscription will automatically renew at the same level (30 or 90 days) when it expires. However you will be reminded that it is going to renew one-week before it expires and you can also turn off the auto-renew feature, or change your subscription package, in your account at any time.
There are a number of ways an outlet will know your coupon is valid, some of which we can’t share with you. However the most obviously one is that the coupon page you are showing them is active and live – which is simple to see from the graphics and counters.
With a free membership unfortunately you cannot claim any Freebies. With our paid memberships there is no limit to how many Freebies you can claim every 30-days. The only exception to this are one-time use coupons which are limited to a single use per person, irrespective of their membership level.
Sadly, basic (free) members cannot use any of our Special Coupons. However, paid members can claim them all. Specials are limited to one use per member per 30 days. But you can claim as many as you like. Just move quick as they may only available to a limited number of members!
Most coupons have an expiry date which is clearly marked on the coupon itself. Alternatively in the case of limited use it will clearly tell you how many of those coupons are still available.
The vast majority of our coupons are unlimited. However, there could be limits on our Specials and Freebies as these can be offers for a specific number of items. The number of remaining uses is clearly marked on each coupon. One-time use coupons do exactly what they say on the tin – they can only ever be used one time by each and every account, irrespective of the accounts membership level.
Premium Members can use each coupon once during every 30-day cycle. The only exception to this are single use coupons which can only be used one time per member irrespective of their membership level. For free users, all coupons are considered as single-use.
That’s how it works. When you intend to use a coupon make sure you are logged in to your Coupon Club account, click on the offer and proceed to use it. At that point show the QR code screen to the outlet who will make sure it is valid. Simple as that.
As a general rule, no. If a business has a sale going on or a reduction on certain items, they will probably not allow you to add your coupon to the discount they are already offering. There may be exceptions to this rule, so always best to check the coupon terms and conditions or with a representative of the company.
You can use them all in one day if you have the stamina! Generally speaking, there is no limit to the number of coupons you can use in one day. However, in the case of businesses with multiple offers, please check with the business if they are happy for you to use more than one coupon in a day.
No, our coupon system is digital. The only way coupons can be used is on the phone, through the website with a valid account and active membership.
No, there’s no need. If you have a 30-day membership it will automatically renew at the end of the 30-day period reseting all your coupon usage and allowing you to start saving all over again!
